Processing Times

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We send all our orders via Royal Mail. Delivery charges are added at checkout, once the delivery address has been added. The timescales below are intended as a guide only; once your item is dispatched by us, it’ll be in the trusted hands of Royal Mail. Please note that at exceptionally busy times, such as Christmas, your order may take slightly longer to get to you.

 UK ORDERS

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We are currently despatching orders as normal, Monday to Friday. Please note however that due to the ongoing changes relating to Covid-19 this may need to change at short notice.  We will update this page with any amendments to delivery times.  

We send all orders via the Royal Mail, which advises that 'tracked 48' Delivery usually takes between 2-3 working days.

 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We offer international shipping to all countries.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

We send our international orders via Royal Mail’s International Tracked service. The Royal Mail give the following delivery aims for international orders:

  • Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days
  • Worldwide delivery aim: 5-7 working days

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Decal Delight By Mia is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

All parcels shipped to the United States are sent using Postal Delivered Duties Paid (DDP). This means that any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees are included in the shipping cost at checkout. Customers will not be required to pay any additional charges upon delivery.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at decaldelightbymia@yahoo.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please read the full returns policy before requesting a return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at returns@decaldelightbymia.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
